Return & Refund Policy
We want to ensure a smooth and fair return process for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
Returns:
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or show signs of wear, including sleeves that have been worn or damaged. Items are not eligible for return if they are used, worn and packaged seal open. You may request a return within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you. After this period, we will not be able to accept any return requests.
Refunds:
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, fully intact and unopened. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund amount along with an additional $3.00 shipping fee for the return label.
